From the beginning

The Start Up Company
12 August 2013
At the earlier stage, we embarked our company journey as a construction contractor. We were registered under CIDB and owned the G4 license. It was the result of our passion for construction and architecture, our dedication to delivering quality work, and our desire to create something of our own. We introduce ourselves as a specialist in constructing affordable houses while offering expert interior design services to turn those houses into homes. With a proven track record of excellence and a commitment to delivering results, we are we were introduced to government tender opportunities.

The Genesis of an Idea

It all started during a project with one of our clients, JLAND BHD. Our client at that time was particularly insistent on implementing cutting-edge technology in their conference meeting area to cultivate a stress-free meeting environment. We were informed that their meeting can be highly stressful, even reaching levels that significantly impact participants' well-being and the meeting's effectiveness. This moment of realization marked the inception of my journey.

With the problem identified, I delved into a phase of extensive research. This period was characterized by countless hours of studying market trends, interviewing potential users, and seeking feedback from industry experts. It was a critical phase in which the viability of my idea was put to the test. The feedback I received during this phase played a pivotal role in shaping the direction of my venture. It was humbling to learn from others' experiences and adapt my concept accordingly. Their insights fortified my determination to move forward.
