The multimedia conference controller, working with the terminal embedded software, is responsible for the file push, file distribution, browsing and reading, file annotation, sign-in, voting, electronic whiteboard, electronic nameplate, conference communication, conference service, and video signal interconnection, conference management, screen sharing and other applications during the conference process.
Applied to various high-end meeting occasions, as well as important government affairs, business, enterprises and institutions and large-scale event venues.
Support paperless conference mode and ordinary computer mode, support flexible switching.
Support viewing various file formats, including common formats such as doc/ docx /xls/ xlsx /ppt /pptx/ pdf /txt/jpg/png, etc. Participants can only view files with permission.
Meeting notes can be made at any time during the meeting, which can be downloaded locally.

The personal center module supports uploading and viewing materials before and during the meeting (cannot be viewed before the confidential meeting); support downloading the materials after the meeting.
